Followed all the threads and videos on here about body mounts and disconnects for abs wires.
    I followed everything to a T

now I have the traction light and ABS light on. I see no broken wires anywhere.

    anyone have any ideas

why did you mess with abs wires? abs wires are small and very fragile. just pulling on it enough can break the wires inside the sleeve. need to know where you tugged on the abs wire in order to fix it

I just unplugged the abs connections in engine bay on inner fender. Unhooked those to vent hoses and the brake line

I had a broken front abs wire after doing front suspension. Doesn’t take much and not really visible if just got stretched a little too much.

I unplugged them like the video. Lifted truck just enough to get mount up. Everything went smooth. Go to leave my dads house and Christmas tester in the dash

Did you disconnect them from the wheel hub? We didn’t and one of mine broke the few wires inside the casing broke but the casing was fine.

The brackets and hold downs still hold the wire in place. Needs room for the suspension to drop enough to install coilovers. I’d bet you have a broken wire.
Thinking the body was raised just a little too much?

Well it’s gotten even crazier. I went ahead and drove to get the codes read at two different stores any it appears my obd port is not giving 12 volt to the scanner so I don’t know what’s wrong.

Check your OBD Fuse 7.5A in the engine room fuse box, if that's good check across pins 5 & 16 of the OBD connector for battery voltage.
Once you get your OBD port working you need to see what code(s) you have in the ABS module.

funny you say this. I went out to check break lights and figured I might as well check some fuses.

and you are correct the 7.5 is blown. Hopefully that solves half my problem and now maybe I can find out why my traction and and is on now. Unfortunately it will be six days before I can work on truck again

where is everyone getting hood fuses?

That's interesting, I'm pretty sure all the OBD Fuse feeds is the OBD port. Have you had anything plugged into it?

    technically 2 things

my in-line harness for accessorides remote start that I installed.

and I bought the truck with aftermarket radio and it has a harness plugged into obd for a trigger for back up camera and a few other wires but they’re all in a harness from radio to obd
