Coverking seat covers

Well in over 2 years my driver's side cover started to wear a hole near the lower part if the back. They had a 2 year warranty bur I was past that so the option was to buy a driver's seat cover for $49. Or the full front row for $99.
I went with one cover.
They sent me an all back one with same headrest cover. The box and order even said black/grey. Then I asked for it to be replaced with what I asked for. They wanted photos. I sent them. 3 weeks later I got a new black & grey seat cover but now no matching headrest cover with it.
I realize people have bad days and make mistakes but 2 in a row with the same order? That and the attitude of customer service was not really good especially after I called in for the second time they messed up.
They are nice covers and look good but I'm not sure I'd buy from them after that experience.

 

will spilt coffee or a wet ass soak through ?

 

Mine haven't in either case, no . I've spilt coffee a few times and it's never gone through to the seat. I also actually had great service when one of my seats needed replacing.

 

may I ask why?

I've been looking I've missed the boat on Costco deal.. don't think they'll get those in again.

there was a guy on here on another thread said to contact him for prices on coverking can't seem to find that now..

 

If you are asking about the neosupreme, no idea...... if you want water proof get Neorprene.

Mine lasted 4 years with just a split in the drivers seat seem.

Nothing got through them, water, spills, mud..... brushed right off.

replaced with PVC from clazzio and ready to go back.

 

So. Are Caltrend and Cover king same seat covers? Anyone bought the neoprene covers? Yes more expensive but better protection. I’m trying to compare the two but most on here bought the neosupreme
