Stock intake is already a cold air intake, so why not stick with that?

    The stock CAI

Unless you're just looking for some noise.

Either one will net you the same results. There is not much to improve aside from sound on the stock intake.

Welcome to TW, Chris! I’m with @dangeroso…don’t think I’d spend money on a CAI. There is little to no gains to be had.

Keep the CAI you paid for when you bought the truck. The aftermarket "CAI" is a joke. All they add is noise, making you think you're getting more powah...

I ripped out the little carbon packed pre-filter in my air box to suck a little more wind…

Probably did nothing, but I feel better.

Whatever you choose, don’t go with the oiled filter kind.

I was a believer for years but changed my mind when I saw fine layer of dust in my intake tube.

If it's not dyno proven with before and after numbers, it's just subjective.

Which is ok relative to noise and picking colors.

Not ok if you expect or claim a performance enhancement.

You should quit assuming my emotions.

I gave data you don't like. Seems the hate may be in your yard?

    Well, enjoy!

If you want noise, intake is great.
Just don’t expect any performance gains.

I love mine, sounds nice and throaty at higher RPMs.
