It’s so weird to see pictures of things you’ve seen in person. This one is impressive since they’re parallel to the ground, but that’s literally a huge wall and pictures and videos don’t do it justice.

Okay, well, picked up my daughter’s new ride, a used Trek Fuel EX7. Her response was silence, then: “I’m gonna bomb down huge hills with this!”

((yessss, child, this is what I wish for too…..))

I bought the wife a set of Factor pedals. Local shop had them for half price in gold and it is close to the the SRAM gold on her bike. She approved...

They're definitely tighter in the thighs than anywhere else it's also not crazy tight as I can slide my hand down in there and adjust the knee pads if they maneuver while pulling the pants up.

It was just a fast long slide and something had to give I suppose.

Next time I will probably try taking these to my aunt or a tailor. However for $16 and they said I can combine the shipment on the way back with an order to avoid shipping costs.

Definitely sounds like they wanted to take care of you, those pants aren't cheap haha. It looks like they might have a double or triple stitch which means it was a lot of force going into it haha.

We're installing irrigation on that trail this Spring. Should really help maintenance during the dry months

Is this toast? Replacing my linkage bearings and was able to pop them all out. Was then able to easily get 3 out of the 6 back in but the other three started going in sideways and scored the bearing race/housing.

I've been considering a Cascade Link if worst comes to worst but would rather not spend the cash on it.

Yes sir, they’re being very good to me and quick communication both on social media interactions I’ve had with them and email.

I’ve got a lot of their gear last year through all the 25% and 30% sales they had at end of the year.

I think it’s cool supporting the smaller mom and pop brand as well. If Kitsbow wasn’t so expensive I’d bite at their pants too. They’re probably worth it, I just can’t justify it when NF is similarly priced as all other major brands.

You should be ok pressing it in again. Try pressing it back in straight (maybe use a bearing press with fine threads). If you find that there is some play in the bearing, you can add green loctite (680) to fill the gap. I've done this before on an ovalized head tube on a steel frame I brazed up.
