I have been trying to contact Tacomapocalypse to order a bed rack for my new Tacoma for a week and have not received a reply via email, text, phone or Instagram.

Does anyone know if they're still operating?

I don't have anything official, but no I don't think they are.

They're based in colorado springs and one of my friends was working with him for awhile. i dont think they were making enough money to stay afloat

They moved to Jacksonville, Texas last summer but haven't seen much activity since the move

I saw on Instagram that he has a new shop. I had his bed bars/rack before on my old truck and liked it a lot, I'd rather support a small shop than turn to the same price point on the stuff I see on Amazon.

As basic as that it...find yourself a local shop. It'd take about an hour to make those, and that's take my sweet time on the first bar so that the measurements are right. It's not worth paying to ship something like that.

There’s always that option too. If OP really wanted the molle panel sides I’m sure Cali raised would sell just those.

They will. I've done this with them before.

Edit: It's actually on their site now. I recommend working with Cali Raised LED and not Offroad. I have had a better experience with the LED affiliate.

Niche market fabricators tend to blink in and out of existence faster than a small town sushi restaurant.

My only advice is, find a shop that communicates well and has a high probability of staying in business within the time window between taking your money and delivering your product.

    Good luck.

I was able to get them to make them for me with extended mounting tabs with 4 holes also when I ordered. I'm sure they'd still be able to do similar modifications if requested.
