god could you imagine hearing that noise in the middle of the night not knowing what it is


never actually heard Dex howl or "talk" like I hear Huskies do, he does bark occasionally usually when he's playing with another dog. He might have some other breed mixed into all that Husky. He's definitely bigger than most other Huskies we see at the dog park, but those have mostly been females

 

What I both appreciate and loathe about huskies is that they don't do it out of malice or even attention seeking, they do it purely because they can. But yeah I don't think I could cope with it on the reg, my neighbor has 6 huskies and when he walks them its like chickens in the yard, just yipping and screaming at one another.

There's a house around here that has several huskies. Any time I walk by another dog on the street starts barking and then the huskies start yipping and howling for a while and you can hear them blocks away
