Shame Suarez ran out of talent. But, I'm not too worried about whether or not it was a good car. It's Daytona, anyone can have a good car or bad car and win as long as equipment holds up

    Many & varied
First one was a snoozer but I’m happy to see the Fords have speed. I cracked up when the graphic screen froze and said “JOEY OGAN.” Hood to see Zane Smith make the show.

Second one was a great example of what we’ll see in the final 30 laps on Sunday. It is undeniable that Busch had some pure speed. Every other car that led risked getting too far out front but Busch kept them bunched up. Someone in the booth said that he was trail braking based on the telemetry they could see (that FOX never showed on the screen).

My perspective on the Busch wreck was this: Larson hit Suarez right as Busch was trail braking to keep them bunched up. It was unfortunate because that 8 car was FAST, but it seemed like one of those racing deals. If Kyle wants to win on Sunday he can’t let these incidents with Suarez and Logano get under his skin.
