    No pic or video. Stopped at Dollar Tree yesterday, as I was trying to pull into a space, **** tried to block me from turning. He then went about 5 spaces down the row and did a power brake while pulling his truck into the spot. I got some funny looks and a few laughs when I asked how much it cost for the doctor to certify him as a retard.

    True, but even with snow, most people can judge approximate distance between cars and also at least pull all the way forward so front or rear bumpers are lined up.
