My wife will not be coming with... She's got no interest... if it was a sportbike meet, she'd be there but not the truck. ;) Looking forward to it because I need ideas and you all have them (on display too)

Alright, here is the official answer from Budweiser.

    Hi Erik,

We would be glad to host the Toyota Tacomas on a Saturday in the parking lot. The lot is easily large enough for you to gather, and then head inside for a tour.

Just send a note with which Saturday your group thinks is best. When you have an approximate number of attendees and a tour time, that would help us too.

Thanks and please call or send a note with questions,

Great news Erik...thanks for coordinating the visit and permission. What do you all think about a time to tell Bud? Think 3:00 for the tour makes sense?

I'm gonna try and swing by the Bud plant to check the parking and make sure certain areas aren't designated as "Employees Only" or anything like that. Thinking this might be a good spot...

They may have a parking area that they want us to use. Maybe Erik could write back and ask if someone needs to check in and if they have a spot where they want us to be.

Yes i belive the tour is FREE, and at the end of the Tour you go into the Beer Tasting Room and you get 3 FREE samples of the many different brews.

Also im going to attempt to do some offroading before the meet. Depending on the snow melt and conditions of the day. If anyone is intrested we can meet an hour before and do a little exploring in Merrimack.
