    I'd rather not tap the bed lights. Looking at how complicated some of the wiring is I'm not sure if I am comfortable doing that. I'd rather tap into the marker lights on the trailer as I've already tapped into them for a dome light inside. Just have to tap the positive into the wire then run a ground to an already existing grounding.

    I love RK! They're one of the only shops near by that regularly has 12ga ammo! Plus the dog loves going there cuz they like giving him treats :)

    Just splicing into a wire.

    Can you run a wire through the firewall from a rubber grommet for the switch. Then under the truck to the rear.

    I wouldnt use anything that punches into the wire harness. I had some yahoos at trailer place wire into harness for camper lights and the salt/deicer in idaho ate up the wires at the connection, i had to replace a asection of harness from the bumper back about 18". Luckily Ford made it replaceable but it was a pain getting the ground bolt out an back in because of its location
