Anyone here have the new PES, if so what are your experiences with them?

I’m running them. Couldn’t recommend them enough along with Accutune. Awesome
    Setup.

I second this statement. Love mine as well. The adjusters are fun to play with and figure out where you want them for whatever you're getting into. The ride is super nice.

One of mine is but the rest are not. I use a punch that fits in the small holes on the knob.

Yes! Once it's on the truck it's hard to turn due to little space, but it's also tight

Will I have to run aftermarket bump stops with Fox PES Rear Shocks 2"-3" (FOX-883-26-113) paired with an Icon RXT Leaf pack?
I have stock weight in the rear so id assume option 1 for the leaf pack?

Running the accutune bump stop kit with mine. Switched from Icon RXT stage 1 to 2. Love it. Stock weight besides bed cover. Much better than before. I wanted some rake as well.

That's good to know. I also prefer a slight rake to my truck.

Yes. These shocks have a longer compressed length, so a bump stop spacer is required. We actually include the RXT packs in our stage kits along with the correct spacer, if you were interested in going that route.

How much life is everyone getting out of their lower bearings on the Fox 2.5's?

Mine started squeaking pretty bad at about 10k miles. Swapped em out at 12k. Truck has been wheeled about 3x in that time frame, always pressure washed immediately after. This is the worst one, the other was a bit better shape.

Some of the other companies pack their lower bearings (around the orings) with grease. So that's what was done this time.

Used new lower shock bolts from 303 Shock Services, these have a smooth shoulder all the way down unlike OEM. I also purchased my bearings through him as well. Hoping this was a fluke (doubtful though as both sides squeaked), but maybe between the grease and the bolts they will last a little longer.

I bought mine directly from BDS/FOX and they came pre-adjusted out of the box with whatever "standard" lift height fox sets them at. 2"-2.5" I think. Driver's side has a pinch more preload I assume for the "taco lean." I think Accutune pre sets them too.

From what I've read it's recommended to make adjustments off the vehicle with a spring compressor. If you set the truck on jack stands, let the suspension droop and then try to adjust you run the risk of breaking or damaging the collar or possibly chasing threads.

There's several YouTube video's showing how to install. Otherwise find a competent shop.

I haven't installed mine yet. I've got a 2023 on order that's tentatively due in late March. I might keep the 2017 and install them sooner though.
