    Nothing is perfect.

If you remove your lift, then it will be the same. If you go to a dealership and find a truck with 0 miles, it will be similar. Best thing is to forget about it and move on with your life.

It's a body on frame on leaf springs. There's not a lot of precision locating in all that. I'd start with measuring from frame to wheel fir side to side and axel centers front to back to see if you really have a problem. You'll have a little more slop with the lift blocks to move the rear around. I myself wouldn't bother unless I knew my truck was tracking crooked.

You can't travel in space, you can't go out into space, you know, without, like, you know, uh, with fractions - what are you going to land on - one-quarter, three-eighths? What are you going to do when you go from here to Venus or something? That's dialectic physics."

3” lifted with Rough Country Vertex Coilover, running with 3mm spacers upon 4Runner TRD PRO wheels.
Hey guys Today I found out that to the side where wheel is sticking out ( rear right ) I took height measurements from ground to fender edge and it is an inch higher then to left ( rear) where the tire is sticking in comparing other 3 wheels. Any clue? I thank you guys for taking time share your thoughts.

Gas tank is on the driver's side so you might have lean depending on the amount of gas in the tank.

You need to measure wheel to frame or box to cab as previously mentioned.

I do my own wrenching and am very meticulous too. This axle being off centered would bother me too. I installed my 5100's and Headstrong Progressive AAL's. One thing I noticed is that the Headstrong provided leaf spring bolts(that go through the leaf pack and locates the leaf pack to the axle) had heads that measured .550". The locator holes in the axle measure .625". The OEM bolt heads measure .570". I don't know for certain but it seems to me that since the difference between the OEM bolt heads and the axle locator holes is .055"(nearly 1.5MM) then the axle could be off that much in one direction. If the axle is shifted off to the side 1.5mm, then you will have a 3mm difference from one side to the other.

Because I'm meticulous, I took 10mm bolts and turn ed the heads down to .590" to provide a more precise fit with the rear axle locator hole. This was easy for me to do because I'm a machinist but you can have a local machine shop do this for you or grind them down yourself. The head of a 16mm socket head cap screw measures pretty close to .625 so it won't take much.

Having said all that, none of this may not be the problem..... but it's something to try and not that hard to do if your pretty handy have have some basic tools. You'll need some C-clamps to hold your leaves together while you remove the bolts. I also recommend torquing the U bolts back to 52 ft/lbs.

Height differences: Make sure you're measuring while on a level ground/floor. Move the truck to a different spot and see if the height changes. Many floors look level but are not. Also, I've seen the gas tank level affect my truck by around a 1/2" depending on how much fuel is in it.

Good luck and I'm curious to see what the culprit is.
