I know what you mean about not getting younger. I was out in the woods with just my dog a couple years ago, setting up my RTT. I fell off the tailgate and landed on my camp chair. Cracked a rib. Didn’t do the chair any good either. I don’t go to doctors unless I’m unconscious and wake up in the ER.
It eventually healed up

Side note:
My trash bill went from $94 to $146 a few months ago (thats quarterly), anygiraffe....I called them, was nice, dropped a few f-bombs, was nice again....got bill today......80 bucks.

 

Just do like everyone else, get a truckload and dump it in someone’s field!
