B.A.M.F BPV Relocate bracket

My BAMF bracket arrived yesterday. Just installed it. I think I have 3” lift. I am running OME springs with an AAL, so here is the setting I used. Is there a better way to determine my actual lift from stock?

 

What do you recommend for 1.5” suspension lift on 32” tires?

Is that the setup for a 2” or 3” lift

 

If I have a 2” lift and install one of these for a 2.5” lift setting how much more will the rear brakes grab?
Might have to order one tomorrow

 

For those wondering which holes you should use.

1. determine how much lift you actually have
2. Measure from the center of the bottom set of whichever holes you choose on the axle and choose the top set of holes for the actual rear brake portion that matches the measurement of your lift.

if it’s 2.5” of lift then center to center of the mounting holes should match.

i just bought one of these, and am about to install it. it looks like people are mounting the stock bracket to the extension bracket, but that offsets the location of the arm mount further to the passenger side. i haven't found that anyone has mentioned this in the thread, so i assume nobody has had problems with this? i imagine you could mount the arm directly to the bracket, and be pretty close to the stock offset (left/right). but i haven't seen that done on here.

 

All your doing is moving a valve arm up to trick the truck to add more braking power to the rear wheels. When you lift the truck the arm is full extended down pretty much closing the valve the bracket allows you to bring that arm back up to allow more fluid to the rear brakes. The offset has little to no effect in braking.
