3” lifted with Rough Country Vertex Coilover, running with 3mm spacers upon 4Runner TRD PRO wheels.
I just found out rear right side is an inch higher ( where the wheel also sticking 5mm out ) than left. I tried looking on bed measurement it seems okay, any clue? Should I change a lift block of 3” removing current 2” to the left side and make equal height with the right?

I remember you said on other post you measured from ground to wheel well lip. Measure from center of hub to lip on all 4.

Taco lean, its common but yours is exaggerated by your block lift. If it really bothers you put a proper set of leafs in the rear and a spacer in your front spring. Some front shocks have adjustments for the springs to compensate for the lean. You never mentioned what lift you have as that will help in figuring out your issues.

RC 3” Vertex Coil Over I bought last year for 2 grand now $2’350 but I measured in rear axle from ground level to U-bolts point to both sides and they are same height, then I measured the both rear shocks and found that left side was 1” lower then right. I was wondering I should call Rough Country and have them replace that shock assembly with the reservoir or any suggestions please?

You fix the lean up front, adding a small (1/2”) spacer to the drivers side coil over will level it.

Shocks have nothing to do with lift, or height. They are just there for dampening suspension/bounce.

How does a block lift exaggerate lean? It’s a solid block of the exact height side to side.

Is your front level side to side? If drivers front is low, passenger rear will be high. Always measure center hub to fender lip. As others said Taco lean is normal to driverside. That's why most front drivers coilover is longer, or 1/8, to 1/4" top plate spacer is add, or trim packer is installed.

I’m thinking you let some air out of the right side tires until your truck is level this should fix your problem.
