Those aren't even hard to replace!

 

Maybe my putty knives are too thick but that dash would have cracked for sure had I put any pressure with those, bbq fork let's you slide that sucker right between the little legs holding it in place

Someone makes a 3D printed aftermarket console attachment for them but they modeled it off an automatic, looks like it would put drinks right in the way of the 5spd shifter.

My long time neighbor Gary recently cane out to us (adjacent neighbors) as Frances. I think it is very cool that she feels comfortable enough to do that now.

Frances is (i'm guessing here) close to 70 years old and rather recently retired. I am very happy for her and you. I suspect there is a big feeling of relief around taking that step.

I love hearing stories like this but it's also sad to think she may have lived most or all of life feeling like she couldn't be herself. That is awesome she felt comfortable coming to you

I try very hard to be open minded in all aspects of my life. But you are right, it should not matter. Unfortunately there are still many people out there who cannot bring themselves to accept others who do not fit their expectations about what is normal and acceptable.

Was about to ask, do these open/close up and essentially bypass the muffler via a different chamber?



My last C6 had NPP exhaust which is basically what I described above. Not sure if BMW's version is the same.

 

Yeah they're a blast, next time you visit I'll ask Jayson to give you a ride in his it dynod out at 580something HP and its the 3.0L twin turbo as well. The variable volume middle system is a trip, one second it's silent, next it's crazy loud.
