I don't normally eat salads (mess with my stomach), but I'll risk everything for a good Caesar!

True story.....
When I was a kid my mom would cook turnips sometimes (cause that was on the list of 'What Poor People Are Suppose To Eat')....anycrippledtractor....my dad had a buddy that would physically get sick if he smelled them; so of course everytime she cooked them my dad would call him and tell him some crap like 'come over and check out this gun I just traded for', so the guy would come over, walk in, and literally do this....

 

My mom used to eat onion sammich’s and fried pig brain sammich’s.

 

The onion sammich.....maybe. I aint eating no internal organs tho.

 

I mean, we have scrapple here in PA. Pretty damn good fried with eggs.

I also like liverwurst on crackers.

So yea...

Little bit of Crisco in a cast iron pan and fried until golden brown. Paired with dippy eggs and toast!
