    Yeah i got an 07 with a locker, i gotta say its not 4wd but its the closest you can get!

    I got a lift on mine because i needed to clear 32's and I still take it offroad, actually having a 2wd is better because you learn how to drive offroad and the locker always helps

    Well LT is my goal but being that i am a college student i dont have the $$$ for LT. So a really nice Mid Travel gets me by for now. I dont think anything bigger that 3-4 inch lift on a 2wd is cool...

    My truck is not a mall crawler at all lol.

    Now i would not say it is better... but it is a little more fun you have to really spot out your lines. a little more. but like you said to each your own. I like 4x4 just as much a 2wd.

    I just wanted to have a true prerunner when i do get LT...

    how about this i fit 285/70/17 nitto terra grapplers at stock height went to ocala with a bunch of 4x4 tacomas i didnt get stuck but once never aired down the tires or nothing and they had to be driving in 4wd. i go through everything i can with my truck of coarse 4x4 is better yes but you coming on here saying that me lifting my truck is pointless is an insult i do it for ground clearance bigger tires so i can off-road easier than other trucks. but you also saying that i dont have the ability to go off-road is a false statement all together.
