If you use denso.....get use to replacing it every few years.....
......it'll leak at the top crimp on the hot side......
    but at least they're cheap.........

they've used the cheapest....... sedan size........kinda like the factory battery....
and like those cast iron headers......or the free cartridge you get with a printer.....
    like 14" tires.....

A crimp radiator is just a sly way to slide in a sub $100 radiator,.....instead of a $300 or $400 real radiator.......

Way too many blown head gaskets here........read the tea leaves.........

YMMV but my OE one is 20 years old and still going strong with no leaks and those are crimped radiators. I changed mine out only as a preventative. Almost all radiators are crimped ends even on new vehicles and they last quite a while. There are people on this forum reporting failure on welded radiators even.

temporarily probably not a big deal, keep the truck moving and mind the temp gauge (better if you have a OBDII reader to monitor actual temp). I would install one asap though

i was able to use 2 opposite bolts and a heavy zip tie on top right because theres a hard line across the top mounted that the tie will hold to the overflow nozzle to prevent it from banging. bottom left has another zip tie but its barely holding the plastic to the metal mount.

so my current cap i'm not real confident in so i ordered one that at least has the 0.9 rating on it. I also ordered a lower temp thermostat (140 instead of 180) just for some peace of mind.
