Anyone have an update whether Eibach got a hold of them for testing or anything really. Been pretty disappointed in the suspension the last few weeks. Getting a little shake in the front now from a dead stop to about 20mph. Contemplating on going with another brand.

That shake comes from driveshaft angle.

Installed mine a couple of weeks ago. Only issue I've found is a small thud when going over speedbumps too fast... I'm almost positive it's the sway bar. ... I'll remove it to see if that's really what it is. Besides that, extremely happy with mine.

I have the same thud over speed bumps or any time the tires leave the ground. Been trying to talk with eibach for well over a week. 2 messages,2 emails and even spoke with someone who said I'd get a call back, still waiting. Customer service is just not there anymore. When I bought these coilovers a year ago I had no problems getting through when the cheesy adjustment wrench broke on the first strut. Since then a second wrench broke and they just refuse to answer my messages

All lighting are led, wheels, tires, 5100 lift, pro grill, bed light, seat covers, door sill protectors.
I've removed my sway bar to diagnose the issue too. Unfortunately, still wasn't the issue.

I have that issue. Here's a short video from my channel in what it sounds and feels like in the cab for anyone else wondering. This is also set at exactly 2.5" more than plentiful of down travel left. So I'm assuming the valving are to restrictive to the point the rebound just get to stiff.
    https://youtube.com/shorts/WzlN4MlDb-s?feature=share

It doesn't seem much. But as you see going over the bump, the front sounded rough. And the rear was smooth and quiet. Sometimes it's as bad to the point my dash feels like it's bouta fall apart lmao. It's like riding on bump stops. I thought it would be my UCA Wacking the coilovers. But my jba UCA gives bula clearance and doesn't come close. None the less, on road driving is great.

They reached out to me and made an appointment to bring my truck to them beginning of March.

After some extensive reading here I think I'll avoid this product. Hope to hear that people get their issues resolved...

I’d be happy if they would just answer the phone or my emails. 7 business days and nothing. Spoke to tanner last week and he said someone will call me back. Spoke with a girl today and got the same answer. If I knew customers service was non existent I would’ve gone a different route. Never had any noise with stock struts even with a 1” spacer. As soon as these were installed the thud started. It’s only on small bumps but still sounds terrible in the cab

The bigger the bumps and pot holes. Man the worst it gets. But I get it. It's a budget lift. Not like these are kings or anything else.
Not sure if it's you. But didn't they took ur coilover in? Did some testing, and shipped you with new coilovers?

They took my coilovers. Nonresponse from them but I believe Eibach rep replied here that they were fine.

I still have the harshness/slamming. I just kind of gave up on it.

I did put my stock setup back on to test and the issue was no longer present. I would fully imagine this is an issue with the product.

I'll report back after my appointment on the 03/03. I'm sure going over a speed bump around their facility would trigger the hard thud or at least I hope so.

I'd hate it to be one of those situations where the issue doesn't present itself when you need it to. :frusty:

There have been times when I see pothole or uneven surface where I think it'll make the thud and nothing but I do know the usual streets where it does it every time.

I finally spoke with them and got no real answer. After giving them all the measurements they said I was in specs of their testing. The noise is super annoying and never happened with my stock suspension with a spacer lift. If anyone figures this out I’d love to know what the answer is

so about 2 months in how are you still liking that set up? I have a 2023 off road coming in April and was looking at this set up but with all this negative feedback I might not do it.

That's unfortunate. My stage 1 is flawless but the seeming lack of urgency on Eibach's part to fix this problem doesn't seem to help their cause. My stage 1 sucks up 12" speed tables at 40mph without a peep

Im not going to say its a bad setup cause it performs really well most of the time. It rides pretty good on the street and great on the hwy, its those moments when you hit a bump, dip, etc that you normally would think it would absorb but gives you the "WTF was that" thought when the whole front end shakes and feels like its about to fall off.

I hope they find the issue and contact all those with it.
