    tip: if you are changing your own oil, get yourself a specialty tool that fits over the filter housing. the brand name is motivx. if you buy the kit, it comes with an adapter for the housing, a drain tube, and funnel. well worth the money imo.

    Just change your oil & filter. Grease your driveshaft if you have Zerk fittings.

    Don't overdo it. Just until the old comes out. You'll be okay :)

    adding on: tighten the oil filter cover to 18ft lbs and buy the filter and drain plug washer from the dealer. find video on changing the oil. a few started out by draining the tranny fluid by mistake!

    Congrats on making a wise purchase. Throw a mat in the bed, change the oil every 5k and let us know how you like it after 250k mi.
