When I was quitting smoking I tried e-cigs a few times, but the stories of them blowing up in people's faces always scared the shit out of me lol. Gum/patches worked for me in the end, I tried cold turkey but if I had kept that going I'd probably have gotten fired from my job lol.

I had to switch from gum to patches though because the gum is just as addictive, the oral fixation aspect of it....and that shit is expensive

I drink water all day the rest of the day; issue is I go through a 24 pack each and every week so we buy 2 of them at a time.

I really need to just use the pitcher built into the fridge or dispenser since it's filtered anyway.

For some reason I thought you were talking about drinking enough Red Bull that you were just going to put it into the built in fridge pitcher lol

I used to make these... still could if yall want some
I think my recipe was 250mg powdered caffiene, split the rest of the capsule into guarana, ginko leaf, and ginseng. I had to start telling people to take it with food or it would give you a cramp. lol

That's commitment, I would be afraid I'd accidentally put too much in lol.

I just buy them from CVS, the little 100mg ones....less than what's in most energy drinks and you don't get all the other stuff that's in the drinks. But it does kick in faster so I learned not to take one on an empty stomach unless I want to get all sweaty and shaky lol

Yes, mine weren't for the elderly lol
I just figured energy drinks are about 150mg, so just under double that shouldn't kill ya

eh it's kind of like alcohol, flavor takes a back seat to the effect you're seeking. Or maybe that's the addict in me talking lol.

I'll have plenty extra; the shop I make parts for needs 16 shock mount tabs but not until next week really.

Get the Thunderer ATs installed tomorrow morning, here's to hoping they don't suck a big one...read another story like @04Pre_Runner 's about the MTs being impossible to balance properly, but the ATs had pretty raving reviews online so we'll see
