started snowing around 2pm, already got 3 or 4 inches plus some slush on the bottom. evening traffic is at a stand still. my neighbor commutes about 25 miles and usually gets home around 330, no sign of him yet.

Interview went well. Downside is that there is travel which is not my thing. A lot to think about if I want to make the switch. Making guns would be fun though.

A little of this and a little of that.
I’m glad that your interview went well. I travel quite often for work. It can be a huge PITA. I’m not going to get into the weeds too much, but people are “different” since the pandemic.

I highly recommend getting Global Entry if any of the travel is international. At the least, get TSA Pre-Check. The other option is Clear.
And don’t have anything advertising guns/firearms on any of your bags or clothing. That’s how you end up spending extra time with the TSA folks. Good luck with your decision.

it'll be iffy for the next month at least. usually by the middle of March we're seeing the end of it. Sometimes not though - about 5 years ago we got something like 3 feet of snow in a week in late March. That was wild - buildings collapsing all over the place due to the weight, the city came through every street in town with a loader and dump trucks to remove the piles of snow.

We are on the other side of the ridge. Cold temps and rain the rest of the week.

Just means it will head east

Well had my final appointment for checking eye measurements today. Surgery is scheduled for April 12th. I will be on Spring break so it works out nicely. If everything goes well my double vision should be corrected. Stay Well…Stay Safe.

Yes, great news. It’s Strabismus surgery. They go in and reposition the muscles on my eyes to put them in the proper alignment. 15 min. per eye. Back to work in a few days. Been a long road.
