Damn. You would think companies would do whatever is next to get their employees back to work and not keep giving the employee the run around.

 

As a chef, there’s not much I can do without my dominant arm. Restrictions are no weight above shoulder height. Requirement for position is #25 above head and #50 to shoulder. I don’t think they wanna pay $42/hr for me to do computer work.

 

I just wonder why they made you jump through all those hoops before doing the surgery. That's what's so crazy.
