Man I remember seeing these tires for $168 each two years ago. What lift did you end up going with? lift and tires is first on my list.

dude I know the feeling...almost every single tire that I used to run are now 1.5-2x the cost. Hell the Kumho Road Venture that I used to run back in 2018 are now in the mid 200 range and I know NO ONE that runs them…crazy.

I ended up finding a local guy that had a 4th gen that was parting out. Gave me toytec 2.5 front and rears, springs, wheels, and other odds and ends for a really good deal. One stop shop!

if I didn’t find this, I was considering getting the foam cell pro stage 2/3/or 4 kit from IronMan.

He took a right from the left lane and didn't see me next to him. Relentless bumper held up pretty well considering his truck was resting on it. Got dash cam footage but will wait for insurance to post it.

Shaffer's Offroad in Union City - Can't seem to ever get anyone on the phone over there. Their voicemail greeting mentions being out of the office until January. Anyone use them lately?

Gotta say, the way people drive these days, it's a wonder anyone gets anywhere in one piece. Last night, I had almost the same thing happen. Someone racing to get somewhere then jane says "the destination is on your right" and "oh fuck" and they just turn into the parking lot from the left. ZFG.

Shoot them an email and they should respond pretty quickly. I know they posted about having internet/phone issues last week but no clue if thats still an issue. I just had my truck there last month.

I'll do that. I need to see if they can disassemble a pair of coilovers and reassemble them correctly since Trail Gear completely botched it. I was thinking of just walking in since I'm close to them but I'll reach out. Thx for the update.

They often have work booked for a while. If you walk up, there's a chance you'd just be making an appointment.

hahaha yeah, definitely pass on both. My luck, I'd be that guy who the autozone compressor failed catastrophically on. Ouch.

Just buy the heavy duty ones from Amazon. I think they are less than 100 bucks and work fine. Fixing those is super easy. If you have a small tool kit and a couple hours just do it yourself.

What kind of riding do you usually do? Looks like a park board?

If the springs are already compressed you can use heavy duty ratcheting tie downs to keep the springs compressed. I have done it a few times with no issues. But don't do it if you don't feel comfortable doing it.
