    Hey guys-

I did try searching the forum, and read some threads, but didn't see anything that seemed related to my issue. I've got a 2022 TRD Sport DCSB with the Premium package. My Connected Services app subscription ran out 12/1/22, and my remote start worked fine with the fob after that. And I think from what I've read since I have the premium package I should get multiple years that the fob still works. It's not working now, and I'm not sure what to check. Recently I had a topper installed, but I'm not sure what they could have done to mess anything up, and also I had a KD max tune done. Both in the last two weeks, and now I've tried my remote start a few times and nothing.

I have the timing down, and I wasn't having any issues starting with the fob until this week, but I didn't try it last week after the cap or the tune.

Any ideas of what I can check? Any chance that the topper install guy did something goofy, or somehow my tune turned off a setting that I can adjust?

Don't know if this is the issue. I am not familiar with your remote start. I have a N2 designs starter that the kdmaxx tuner disconnected from the OBDII port while he was downloading the tune. It was reconnected following the tune and worked fine. Is it possible something was disconnected and not reconnected?

Start APP is only a yr. FOB should still work. Sometimes if truck hasn't been started in awhile the APP doesn't always work. Not sure abt FOB

It’s the stock remote, so I wouldn’t think so. I think my tuner didn’t disconnect anything physically at least.

I start it everyday, so I don’t think that’s the issue. The fob works for lock/unlock, and push button start, so don’t think it’s the fob. I thought the fob was supposed to work for longer too, so I’d be surprised if that’s the issue.
