How is your new Blower motor in the furnace working ??

    Nice and warm?

Here it is warm enough no chance of the water freezing so the heat is off for this year.

All good. House stays either 65 when we're not here or 71 when we are.

Any work going on at the new building? Do cranes work at those temps?

I don't know what temperature they pull the plug but they don't run the crane when it's this cold.

    Current status:

    snap_c1_230224_080259.jpg

No cars visible in the lot, either, so I'm guess they just aren't doing anything on site today. They do have some heat in the far corner so they might be doing some interior work but I kind of doubt it.

That weather will be over these parts tomorrow but rain’s in the forecast for next Saturday.

    Winter’s kinda fucked nowadays.

We got a mix of snow and freezing rain a couple of days ago. There's about 4" of snow with a crust almost heavy enough to walk on, but not quite. Well likely take one last look for coyotes tomorrow. If we find any they'll be running like the wind on that crust. :D

I've been out with the caller a few times lately, but haven't found one dumb enough to show itself yet.

Should start seeing turkey soon.

I haven't been to an auction in a few years - probably a good thing...

Of all the junk valuable collectibles in the archives I have never had any of the hit & miss engines.
The Wisconsin engines I have aren't really viewed as valuable by the the real antique engine fellows.
    Snobs! ;)

I am not sure if there is a cut off temperature where you can no longer weld column splices.

It has been years since I did Structural welding Those Iron Workers are crazy .
