I’ve been considering this grill for sometime now. How is your TSS sensor with this grill? How was the install?

    Install was easy.

I'm one of the very few that had issues with TSS, but it was strictly because I was looking at different methods for blacking out the sensor shield. Once I found a method that worked, the TSS has been dead on perfect. Had I left the shield alone, the TSS wouldnt have given me grief in the first place. But of course I can't leave stuff alone.

Simply put it in the receiver upside down. Round ball hurts less on shin than nut/edge.
There on the left side is one side of the locking pin. Other side has a rubber piece that covers the lock.

Man, first time I put mine on, I knocked it at least once a week. Took months for me to remember it was there

Lights, stickers, audio, and a grille…
Had some vacation days to burn before they just get paid out in March(I get taxed more if they pay them out:annoyed:) So with 114,000 miles, passed PA inspection/emissions with no issues this morning. Crazy, I feel like my old Frontier ALWAYS had something that failed… Anyway, stopped at the car wash on the way home, grabbed the dog, and took him to get groomed. Didn’t think I’d ever pay to have a dog groomed, but it is very nice not having to bathe him myself…

    More roof rack progress.

I used threaded rod so I didn't have to worry about doing it all in one day or having open holes in the roof.

Have the same grill and I wish I had gone with the extra mesh. Looks great. I ended up using the AJT relocate bracket and has been perfect ever since :)

Knockoff copy of the body armor highline. It does not interfere with the sensor.

I don't think I've seen gray on gray, looks very nice I would say better than the gray on bronze setups that I've seen around.

Hopefully bad things truly don't happen in 3.
On Wednesday while exiting the car wash the door closed on my hood. I was up to my windshield exiting when I noticed the door coming down so I reversed and almost cleared it but it caught my bug deflector. Fortunately the bug deflector was the only damage.

Now today on my way to work, stopped at a red light, a car slid into my bumper. Fortunately the damage is fairly minor and their insurance is covering it.

But if bad things happen in 3s that means this weekend something else is going to happen to my truck.

Swapped out the grill on my SR5 and added matching overlays.
