Do you have a building shell that you're putting interior walls in or is this all from scratch? Either way, I'll need your building dimensions.

Then I'll need a list of what you want in there - kitchen, 3 bath, 4 bed, theater room, etc.

The more specifics you can give me, the better.

2 buildings from scratch. Both 2 story. 20x20 and 30x30. Identical layout. They will be made from 8x8 cants with dovetail corners.
The 30x30 will have a complete wraparound porch. The 20x20 will have a front and back porch.
Im headed to town now but when i return ill get back with more detail.

    A few.
I missed the check in this morning because I was out shoveling 4” of amazingness! It the wettest winter I’ve seen in this area. I’m hearing the same thing from a bunch of long time locals also. We definitely need the moisture so I’m not complaining too much, in a few months it will be the complete opposite and it will feel like the desert it is here.

These neat little fellas have been supplying astronauts with comfort air(air conditioning) for decades and they will continue to do so. These are being used for transporting SpaceX 's Crew 6 astronauts from the Neil Armstrong O&C building to their launchpad for launch while in their suit.

Glad to hear you’re good. I did exactly ONE semester of architecture, and realized it was beyond my artistic abilities (I had the engineering side). I wish you luck on that one. I seem to recall that HomeDepot had some free amateurish software for home remodeling and yard design. Hope that helps.

it's about the same near chicago. was 32 today. and the new guy keeps acting like it's -40. 4 layers of socks, 4 sweat shirts, 2 hats... he's started calling me cold-blooded for being ok with 32 degrees, wearing a long sleeve shirt and a hoodie...

How does he do any work wearing 4 sweatshirts...

32 isn't bad for outside work as long as you are in the sun and the wind isn't blowing.
Today there was a pretty good breeze, it felt like razor blades.
