For the past few weeks I’ve been experiencing a rattle like noise that sounds like it’s coming from the interior. Either from around the gear select or the passenger side. It’s driving me insane that I can’t seem to find it.
Saw a post here that it may be the weather stripping in the door and to try lubricating with silicone, tried that didn’t work.
Tried the tweeter grill and a pillar trim, both are solid.
Happens with the fan and radio on or off.
    Only happens while driving.
Can’t replicate in park violently shaking the truck, the sound doesn’t occur inside or out.
Can’t seem to track it down, any ideas are welcome.

Passenger seat will sometimes vibrate against the center armrest, can make a light tapping noise. Not sure if that’s your issue but adjusting the seat rake quick fix.

I’ve had 3 of these so familiar with most of of their noises & that’s not one I’m familiar with.

You’re still on warranty so might just want to take ride around the block with a service person & let them pull a panel & tighten whatever’s loose.

Update: took it to dealer and did a test drive, of course I couldn’t replicate the sound. Showed them videos of it and they thought it was weird and would like to keep the truck for a day to see if they can figure it out but that’s going to be hard to do since I use it for work. Fingers crossed someone comes along this thread with a solution.

Speaker grill and pillar maybe solid, but they do rub. I would still put felt or piece of rubber between them.

I can’t seem to replicate the sound no matter how I physically abuse the a-pillar or tweeter grille

I couldn't either., but driving it was there. I put piece of foam rubber between and problem solved.

Actually this thread doesn’t even exist, it’s all a false reality you’ve created in your own mind. Wake up ryanvar42, escape the matrix.

If I had a gun to my head and had to bet my life on where the sound was coming from I would say it was the center console and not the right side of the dash, but I’m not 100% confident in that answer. I guess I’ll start pulling the dash and putting felt up there to see if anything changes.

Give it a shot, nothing to lose but a minute of your life. No need to pull anything. Just put foam rubber or felt between speaker grill and A-pillar.

My 2022 with 10,200 miles on it just started making a similar rattle. If I press on the front passenger seat or the headrest, it stops. I need to pull the headrest out and see if that is the source of the little rattle.

I’ve noticed the seat vibrates pretty violently especially when you look at the headrest while driving, I’ll give that a shot as well. You’d think a 50k off-roading truck would be a bit more stable in the interior

It’s probably inside the passenger side A-pillar. Someone I know had the same noise and it was like a loose piece of tape or wire something like that. They just put new tape in there and it fixed it. It’s been a long day sorry I can’t remember the specifics.

The overhead trim piece (around the crawl control) rattled on my truck, put a tiny piece of a business card up there and solved it.

mine is one of the worst assembled vehicles i've owned and my biggest complaint with this truck. i hate driving on a gravel road, it feels like parts are falling off.

is this a double or access cab? i had (still have somewhat) squeaks, rattles, and a ticking noise inside my doors for the access cab. it was ufb. the plastic panels were rubbing and tapping on metal supports. i removed the door panels and put gorilla tape over the metal supports, and while i had the panels off covered other things that looked suspicious as well as installed sound deadener. it helped a lot.

as others mentioned above, the passenger seat vibrating was causing other noises. i get squeaks and rattles from the head unit bezel, especially when it's cold outside. i have to press on it every now and then to make it stop.

I think it could be the seat.Like the OP suggested which is why they couldn’t duplicate the problem on a test drive.
