    lol

Before she moved in I actually tried to convince her to have her own bedroom and she was adamant that wasn't happening. But I learned from my last live-in gf it would be wise to have our own spaces... oh, well lol.
If shit gets chaotic I'll stir my brain folds for this idea again, but it's not possible rn anyway in my 2 bedroom house. We have too much crap between the two of us and 2nd bed is now our shared office

edit: it probably helps when I fall asleep on the couch 2-4 times a week too

When the missus and I got back together, we moved into a 1 bd house 5yrs ago. We spent 1yr trying to sleep next to each other and tensions were high, it was a large 1bd room so we slept in 2 separate beds in the same room for ~6months.. and that helped, but tensions were still tight. I then "moved" back into sleeping out of my truck (I had already spent 4yrs of my life out of my van on the road) and that help. However she was super worried about my state of being sleeping outside so that wasn't good for her. We didn't fight as much but the was still some bitterness because she didn't want me outside, and I didn't understand why she was so bent out of shape since (in my mind) sleeping in our parking lot was better than what I used to do, which was sleeping out of random businesses parking lots/woods in the middle of nowhere.

Aannnnyyy who-oozle, thankfully the house we rent from, is a house from the turn of the century that was converted into 4 seperate addresses. The upstairs studio tenant left and I moved in. Now, we do everything together (drive to work, work 8-10hr days, come home, evening chores, cooking, hangout veg time.. literally everything, every day) and the upstairs is only my bedroom.

I can honestly say the past 2, almost 3, years in this arrangement have been the happiest we have ever been as a couple.

This is relevant to the point that I am a certified card carrier crazy person, that also happens to suffer from night terrors. So I wouldn't even want to sleep in the same room as me either:laughing: I'm surprised my SO lasted as long as she has

All that talk of sleeping in a separate room sounds nice

Don't get me wrong, my wife and I make a great team but pregnancy has made her extra needy and in bed she moves and fidgets a shit ton in the middle of the night.

Foot and back rubs ensure at least 4hrs of undisturbed sleep time though.

Man I could go for a beer, and a nap, and a meal, and some motivation, maybe a hug.

lol. Couldn't see if it was a 42 or 72". At about $200 per inch they vary just a bit. Snap on has a special on the 42" classic for 4k I believe going on now. Idk if they put cheap rollers in it though.
