Hitting the PA mountains..what’s left of it at least

 

New here. been looking for a Tacoma for a while, and have not had much luck. Got lucky last Saturday and found this one. Brought it home yesterday.

 

Enjoying the 14” of fresh snow today.

Me thinks these Tacos of ours look great stock and modded. Really cant go wrong in any direction you take them.

 

2023 - SRDC 4x4 - added mud flaps, seat covers and topper

 

Nice I've got the same topper on order for my MGM.

 

If those toppers have skirts that come over the edge of the bed make sure you use a good topper tape and bed stiffeners. My leer beat up the sides of my box.

 

Bilstein 6112/5160 installed a month ago. 2" front with a 1.5 Icon AAL rear (don't know if I got the full 1.5" because I derped and forgot to measure the before height). Got Falken Wildpeak MT01s 255/85r16 mounted on these bronze trail edition wheels earlier this week and the taller tires fill out the wheel wells perfectly. The tires are loud, as expected with mud tires and they were pretty bad in the rain today but I can't wait until it stops raining and I get a chance to crawl the malls and stuffs.

If anyone was curious what a bone stock Taco looks like with 285/70R17's mounted on Race Relation wheels, well this is it. I have the lift ready to install, however with the President's Day deals decided to get the tires mounted. Turns out the tire shop wouldn't pull the TPMS from the stock wheels and let me drive out, so I had to limp it home with the new wheels and tires installed.

Hope to finish the lift in the next week.

 

This just makes me want to drop my lift down. Big tires on as little lift looks so good and will actually have down travel.
