    We have delayed harvest sections of streams that the regulations specify no natural bait. And single hook only but nothing is mentioned about the rod. But in the Cherokee tribal waters there is a trophy section I like to fish that does say fly rod and fly only. I’m going to look to see if it mentions tenkara.
