I love those wheels. There were in my top three choices when I was buying.

What do you have under the tire to raise it like that? I've been considering doing the same thing.

Got some new shoes on the truck today. Switched from the General Grabber X3’s to the Nitto Ridge Grapplers. 33s. Noticeable difference in ride quality and road noise. Plus the price!

So different in a good or bad way? They definitely look good that's for sure. I've considered both the Nitto Ridge Grapplers and the General Grabbers at one time or another.

Much better. They’re very similar looking tires, but this set of nittos was about $300 cheaper, smooth as an A/T ride wise, and there is no more brrrrrrrrr road noise. Highly recommend these.

I almost bought them a year ago, but went with the Falkens because of the siping. I originally had bfgs on my truck, but hated them due to how bad they would slide on wet pavement. Really curious how they do in the rain.

Well, picked up a new exhaust flange gaskets I know my muffler has a couple tiny leaks but some deep resonance is still happening when accelerating in the cold. Not rhaspy, deep, like I have a flow master on it. Can’t feel any exhaust coming out at the flange but it looks pretty crusty so possibly it’s only leaking under load? Will update once gasket is in.

Gave mine a bath then gave the wife’s 4Runner one too. Now it’s time to grill some steaks and cold beer. 9FAE0F61-A1A8-455D-9008-50212EBCA2D0.jpg5FEE4D50-69EA-4C10-B549-807159BE34BC.jpg

These are on my wish list, the ones with seat heaters in em at least for the drivers side (I never have passengers). My dad has the rough country ones and they’re pretty cushiony

I would highly recommend them. I got the set for 180. I was debating getting the rough country seat covers, but couldn’t pass up this deal.

Are you lifted? Could be drive shaft angles after lifting the truck. I lowered my carrier bearing almost an inch and my vibes are about gone. Only a slight vibe which I'm hoping a 3.5 degree shim will solve.

Finished the soundproofing behind my Underland MOLLE back panel. Hopefully.*

For soundproofing, I have a base layer of 80-mil butyl mat (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZKLKHN5) covered by double-layer soundproof foam above it (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B9G6M4K4). The rear vent has mat covering the face, and the hole of the vent is covered with the soft, eggcrate foam portion of the double-layer foam. Covered the hole thing with a 52-inch x 25-inch sheet of black ripstop fabric from the local Joann fabric/craft store. It doesn't look perfect, but it looks far better than exposed foam and the black/silver aluminum foil of the mat.

*I may need to remove some of the foam covering the rear vent because, when the fans are on at speed 3/4 and recirculation is off, it whistles like crazy. Otherwise, though, it's quieter than with the OEM back panel.

Stock height. Thinking the howling is the tires and the growling is my exhaust leak. Idek anymore. In the last year I’ve done brake pads, calipers, rotors, fluid, trans coolant lines, front wheel bearings, rear driveshaft u joints, spark plugs, cleaned MAF sensor, new diff fluids, t case fluids, air/fuel sensor, etc etc. things becoming a headache
