2020 Sport. Had new Falkens installed the next day after purchasing it used with 15k miles. OEM tires were like highway treat Toyo’s. Felt what I thought was out of balance rears. Back to place of purchase three times. Shake remains. 27-35 40-46 55-63mph.
Had rears rotated to front. Shake remains. Drive shaft? Ujoints?

If it was fine on the way to the tire garage it’s tires. Might have an out of round or defective tire.

Did the shake start with the new tires?
    Could have a bad one.

    Same rims?

It's tires for sure, especially if you see the passenger seat wobbling at high speeds.

    We can be friends now.
I need to get mine going, I mean it’s a Honda so it’ll start, but last used a couple of years ago, the carb leaked slightly, so I’m not imagining it got any better.

Guess I wasn’t clear - not sure about the ride to the tire shop. I had less than two hours behind the wheel and remember bumpy ride but just figured it was the road. The shake continued when I moved tires from back to front. No shake in the steering wheel after moving what I thought was the bad tires to the front. I guess I’ll have a drive shaft specialist look at it.

No change in shake at those speeds, whether you're accelerating, coasting or braking?
    Stock wheels?

I'd try a different reputable shop.
Something's fucky if they attempted and were okay with, rebalancing three times.

I sure wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the new Falkens (and I would think you’d have probably noticed the steering wheel shake in 2 hours of driving before you got the new tires). I had to go back and have my Wildpeaks re-balanced 3 times too, before I finally said fuck it and ditched em. I wasn’t going to suffer another day of those vibrators on my new $40K truck. I got a good deal on some Duratracs and never looked back. I really didn't want to have to go thru the hassle of replacing the Wildpeaks so prematurely, but I have never had a set of tires shake like them, let alone after several attempts to rebalance. I know many people like the WPs, but I have read so many complaints about them shaking after my experience, I had to come to my own conclusion that they must have a lot of QC issues..

Zero steering wheel shake. All in the back end.

Have someone follow you and see if they can see anything obviously wrong at various speeds.

    Stock suspension?
Have you tried tightening the leaf spring u-bolts? IIRC, it's 52 ft-lbs.

Shipmate, Trying to understand what you are saying. You bought a used truck and then bought new tires? Did the shake happen with the old tires before you bought it?

If your steering wheel is not shaking, then you can eliminate anything in the front. If you are feeling the shake in the seat, it is something in the rear. Since it sounds like they have already rotated the tires and the shake didn't change, you can eliminate the tires. Unless of course you are being sensitive to the new tires. If you went from the OE tires to a E load range tire, you may be feeling the harshness of the new tires.

Short of that and assuming the problem existed before the new tire then driveline would be the place I would look. Bad U-joints would be the easiest, but you could get much deeper into the problem.

The OEM tires were Toyo’s and like street tread. I do a lot of off roading so I replaced them straight away. Shake continues in the rear of the truck. I called a driveshaft place. Made an appointment.

Did you have the problem on your test drive before you bought the truck?

FYI, Falkens can be notoriously difficult to balance. Its the one bad rap they deservedly get.

My current set so confused the machine that the tech started stacking weights on top of weights, and then started putting more weight on the opposite side of the wheel. I asked him to stop and do it again. After his manager got involved and swore it was all fixed, it still wobbled worse than a travelling carnival ride. I immediately took it to a different location and asked them to rip it all out, re mount, and start from scratch. It was only after the remount that mine finally balanced. Even still, it shakes for a day or so after every rotation, then eventually settles back down.

My Falcons were the same way - it depended on the temp out side as well, if they were cold it was worse. Mostly happened on corduroy concrete (Cali) freeways. It went away as they got more worn out. I like the tire, good looking, wear ok and had lots of grip (for my super basic dirt road driving I do) but I always described them as Jekyll and Hide... you never know how they're gonna feel from one day to the next. Tire guy tried to talk me out of them originally. I'll try another brand next.

Lets just go ahead and restate the obvious; its the falkens. Cut your losses, hope for a better outcome with a new set, or make the switch completely to an entire different tire. I don't even wanna admit how many Falkens I went through trying to find a set of 4 that played nice together. I ALMOST chalked it up to being u-joints or something else, even though new tires were the only new factor in the mix. Different brand of tires fixed it all. Call it what you want, bc Falken obviously has hundreds of thousands of wildpeaks out on the roads with no problems, but between my experience and the countless threads just on TW, I'm convinced they have had (at some point, maybe even still currently) some quality control issues.

My wild peaks were a pain in the ass to balance. Town fair couldn't get them right. Only way was to have the dealer do them with a road force balance and they still shook a bit at various speeds.
