Turns out if you read the fine print, you gotta shell out an additional 2x $225 to completely delete this shit. Fml. Guess Ill have to fucking rig up the damn valves so they can have stupid fucking pressure sensors.

Had I known, I would've just spent the same money for HP Tuner and just tuned it out of the ECU.
$400 for the dongle, $200 for credits. Would've been just as expensive and had more functionality.

My coworker just told me his roommate has the dongle I could've borrowed too. So now it's even cheaper.

Finally put my skids on. Need to grab another bolt or cut the one I have down since I bought one that's an inch too long for through the crossmember. It'd be into my drive shaft if I used it as is. but 5/6 bolts on both skids is good enough for now.

Oh and I got my gusseted spindles on almost 4 weeks ago at @Sociopenguin 's. Keep forgetting to post up the photos. :facepalm:I get home from work and the brain turns off.

My CVs were seized so we picked up 2 new ones and Tate swapped me LCAs because my LBJs were floppy. Gave him the LBJs I bought with it for an evenish trade. So now I have more of the DP's original equipment on my truck again.

Tore everything down Saturday night that weekend, and had everything back in before 6pm I think Sunday? Even with a stupid fucking Speed sensor breaking in the old spindle.
Tate's the man. We always get r done.:fistbump:
I brought my old timbrens and Tate put a couple beads on them to the old spring perches so I have bumps now too. :welder:

When we went to take off the LCAs the cams were seized on both sides, so :sawzall: and death wheel got them off. He had some 3rd gen cams on hand and we found out they were around 1/8" too big in diameter so the bench grinder got a workout. Gave it a semi-straight alignment on site, and later the next week I got it aligned. Still not perfect, but WAY better. Also at somepoint I lost horn function at the wheel, probably broke the connection while the wheel was able to spin too far to one side with the bad alignment. Oh well, no air bag lights so not a huge deal. Maybe I'll wire up a button  PA still works so I can tell traffic how I'm feeling anyway.

All ready for CO easy stuff, not looking to get crazy on our first time out. Looking to relax and see the sights.

When that's over it's prep time for ATR, and the big ticket item is my rock sliders. Yes, they will FINALLY get finished. I mean, some of y'all probably have mods sitting on a shelf in your garage just as long right? Right?
I mean it's only been like 5 years....

Other than that, I need to reorganize my bed setup and I'm probably going to ditch the rear seats for a while. I'll probably keep the one jump seat in just in case, but the rear bench is coming out so I can keep most of our gear out of the eyes of others while we are hanging out in the cities, and out of the snouts of critters when we're out in the wild.

Once camping season is over I'll throw the seats back in, or if we plan to have passengers. I have some plywood laying around so maybe I'll build a platform to bridge the rear footwell. Idk we'll see how ambitious I am... No promises. I'm pretty lazy.
Might see if I can fit the toolbox back in for the recovery gear and tarps/chairs etc. Idk we'll see.:notsure:

    Slow day at work. :pccoffee:

I've had gusseted spindles sitting in my garage for about a year now lol. They've been prepped and ready to get swapped out just staring at me. I just bought a FJC transfer case so we'll see how long that sits in the garage.

I'm mostly just lazy, don't have time, and I'm also leery of welding to my frame. But after welding the shock towers on, I'm not as reluctant to weld on it.

Mine is mostly lazy and the fear of not getting the truck together over the weekend for the big projects as she is my daily. Plus I was out of state/country for 5 months. By the time I finally get the NWFab stuff I should have my brother's Tacoma and won't have to worry about it as much.
