Not exactly, I quit mine and went one that bills solely based on GPS. Save about 70% vs what I paid before for 3 vehicles because I was being billed as if I drove them all full time (despite the mileages I told USAA). Now I only get billed a base fee + mileage. ~$90/mo instead of $230/mo

Fuck, like Zane said, it would be financial suicide to put one of them in my DD.

You should treat insurance companies like the police. Don't give them more information than they ask for as they will use it against you. Legal council is always recommended.

What company? I only drive a couple hundred mi a month max ATM

Trying to find out if I can avoid doing it. Got a quote that would save me $180/mo or so by changing home and auto ins which I could definitely use lol

Edit: it's an extra $30 a month for auto without gps discount. Still about $90/mo cheaper than my current auto policy lol

Metromile. To exceed what I was paying before I'd need to drive like 1000miles/mo, which I never even approach.

It's not so bad, about 1800mi is work, but I'm working on cutting that down. The rest is pleasure

I don't mind sharing my last month's bill...

    upload_2023-2-27_16-12-21.jpg

I actually thought I was more like $0.15/mi so this works out to more like 2800miles/mo if I only drive the most expensive vehicle to get to the prior cost. (driving a mix means even more miles I can drive)

Yeah this plan would destroy me financially. These little ins companies make a ton of sense for city dwellers or WFH that don't travel much though. Two months of this style insurance plan would cost about what I pay every six months for my current plan with no limitations.

"Want to turn my 98 into a crawler/daily but don't know where to start," is a helluva first thread/first post.
I don't think that dude is going to get the answers he thinks he wants.

I can't hang with some of those sauces people have now. It's like a challenge. I just want to enjoy my damn food.

The last few times I've got it with different sauces the shock was barely covered. This shit is soaked, I felt like my inner ears were reacting to it.
