Good man. glad to hear it wasn't too bad.

I just found out an acquaintance of mine, fellow tacoma owner and rider, in San Diego died last week in a motorcycle accident. Not sure if he was on TW but he was pretty active on facebook groups in the area. Rode with him a few times...

sad start to the week my friends. ride safe out there.

Dang, consider me mikedazzled. Just spent $100 at trailbound and picked up that bar bag and a front handle too that bolts to the triple clamps.

I really gotta get that one lol, usually when I fuck up a hill climb I yank the bike in whatever direction by the wheel.

Glad I can be a good bad influence. :p Wish we could have gotten some trail time before your move. Was chatting with Kevin Murphy on insta and he was like when Randy comes out hopefully I can ride with him, and then you gotta bring the Husky out. Def planning to do a moto trip out west eventually.

Kevin’s awesome, I’ve wheeled with him half a dozen times or so up in PA. He’s been a huge help with all of my questions and is the one that guided me to gasgas.

Ok, so I'm dangerously close to buying this CB500X. Just realized, I have nothing but regular ratchet straps anymore. So, I need to get some bike straps for the front. Recommendations that I can order online or pickup readily? I'd feel like a complete idiot if I tipped it over on the trailer ride home before I get to ride it.

Canyon dancers are pretty much the gold standard for tie downs. I'm cheap and have never ordered some though and use some of these ( ) around the triples then normal ratchets or cam straps attached to those.

Nice. I think Cyclegear is actually one of the stores I'm going to try and get into this set of days off.

And HF is everywhere. The cheap bastard in me loves this option. I'll have to look at the pic of the front and see if there's a good spot to get these to wrap around.

That's more than plenty to do an entire set of fairings. You could probably finish the last 6 panels in 2 cans if you spray them all at the same time.

And now I'm signed up for when they get the crash bars back in stock for my bike. My truck may be staying stock, but I'm gonna blow money on the bike. :spending::rofl:

I have used almost 2 cans so far. I just wasn't sure what I needed as this was my first try with something like this. I have been doing a piece at a time just b/c I'm lazy

Finishing the front kinda kicked me in gear. Already have the 2 side panels primed.
