windshield leak

so i had my windshield replaced in early january. It started leaking where i could not see. This resulted in various system problems.
headlight system
lane departure
pre collision
anti-lock break
tpms freaking out
break overide
the last put her in limp mode.
these would clear temporally. brought it to toyota and they had a TSB for manual transmission trucks TSB 0043-20. (p21201c throtle position sensor "D" out of range, found throttle body slow response and will not open all the way, rec starting with ecm calibration update, updated ecm calibration and cleared ecm learned values, throttle worked for one drive cycle and went back to abnormal operation, found aftermarket pedal commander installed on accelerator pedal, removed pedal commander and throttle now operating as designed.) 299.00
haven't used the commander as it does nothing for a manual TM it was off.
got the truck back only to find the key fob didn't work anymore? also had my driver's door indicated it was ajar when closed. this was bizarre. the door ajar would go out when the headlights were turned on! these issues went away when I held the key next to the ignition and locked/unlocked. away i went later that day tpms started going crazy proceeded by everything but break override. throttle all wonky.
brought it back and explained everything. I was asked if I had a windshield replacement. yes.
turns out it's been leaking into the driver's kick panel on all the connections. told i need a front recognition camera 2284.58 and driver's side floor harness, dash harness, LF door harness, LF jute. 9074.05. total 11581.92 in parts
figured id post just in case anyone has or had similar issues?

 

Who replaced it?

 

safe light. recommended service center for my insurance company. working with them now

 

Well if it documented by deal/Toyota, that the leaky windshield caused all problems. Safelite is on the hook to cover all cost.

Never, ever use Safelite. My brother owns a liquor store and half of the techs come in as soon as they open to “get their day started”. Also, request OEM glass through your insurance
