Just settling in at work, Kind of bummed out. Our bonuses roll out tomorrow but they changed some stuff on how it was figured this year. Even though Our plant and myself did very well last year, Our bonuses are now determined by our global performance which was not too good. I'm getting less than half of what I had figured.

 

Damn sorry to hear that man. That hits home to me as i get a bonus as well. Its dependent upon mine and 4 other guys work so if we lumped in more ppl too that didn't give a rats ass id be pissed as well.

 

yeah, Its not a huge deal. After all it is a "bonus" but I already had it spent in my head on truck parts

 

I do that all the time lol. Shit i spent too much money this weekend. I bought an Iphone 14 pro and an XBOX series X

I forgot to get something to attach the "drop cloth" to the PVC "paint booth", so I'm still using the campershell

 

I hope the pollen didn't mess the paint up! It's like a cloud out there today
