So $1600 for a regear? What if I just want a locker, do I still need the $1600 job plus whatever a locker costs?

Yes $1600 for a regear. The group buy is for the gears, so there isn’t much of a discount for getting just lockers. We’re pushing to get a discount on Eaton lockers but that’s up to Eaton and how many signups we get for them. No guaranties yet

If you’re thinking of doing all that work you might as well do a regear because you’re already in there, especially if you plan on going bigger than the 33’s. Its $1000 in labor, $600 in the parts, so you’ll still be spending a lot of that $1600 on the truck either way.

35’s aren’t a requirement for regear. Its the other way around. If you’re going 35’s you 100% want to regear. 33’s its optional but helps a lot with low end power. Sometimes helps with mpg too
