What an odd thread. I really want to see some pics.

But yea, I wish I would have painted my springs black and the shocks a light silver to match the TRD skid plate. Tbh, I like the look of the Bilsteins and that brushed metal. I also want to get full skids for everything else including LCAs and rear dif in the same sandblasted color. Black side skids though. Probably gonna make those changes eventually.

Sorry for the delayed response everyone. Been a crazy week for me. I'll post some pics today. Don't roast me too bad about my dirty Taco, we just got a buncha snow here in Albuquerque and she's a little dirty. Pics comin' today!

I bet off-road that setup is to kill for! I'd say you spend some serious time off-road.

Your truck look good! I see you have the nitrogen shocks. Do you know what part number the coils are? Eyeballing it, does not look like 3” but definitely looks like a lot of weight too, not that it should matter.

I remember this truck. Didn't think it was lifted. But you have a ton of weight on there. What exact lift did you get?

It's probably due to settling from all the weight. Willing to bet you are close to 800 pounds easy if not more. If you don't have constant load leafs and foam cells, it's gonna squat hard.

So I was considering adding a strut puck and leaf spring block (about 2") to the existing Ironman lift, but as I understand it, one - I'd be making the trucks handling on the road super unstable, and two - I'd be over extending the half shafts in the front. Anyone able to confirm or deny those theories?

A year later and now has a Victory front bumper and Warn Zeon 10s winch. I have room to raise the front end some more, the coil overs are set in the middle right now.

I put my Ironman Foam Cell suspension on 11 months ago & 20k miles, still loving the setup, except maybe I need to pull a second spring in the back, still a little high.

When I put it on I got 3.25” of lift in front and 6” in the rear, my suspension was sagging with 600 pounds in the back at 19k miles on it. Those measurements are from the lower lip of the wheel to the fender.
29.5 front (Stock, measured a new Tacoma at the dealers)
    29.25(At the shop)
    32.75 (Ironman)

32 rear (Stock measured a new Tacoma at the dealers)
    28.5(At The shop)
    34.5(Ironman)
    35.5(Ironman unloaded)

I was planning to purchase 2.5" lift for Ironman, but since they are sold out of that currently, I was also looking at 3" lift.
I know it's only 0.5" difference, but I am new to this. Will 3" affect that much more? The more I search, I keep finding out all the problems people experience by going with 3" lift.
Is going with 2.5" lift instead will help avoid that?
    Sorry, a noob here.

Replace the left bushing with an EGG bushing, if you’re worried about the front drive angle, do an axle drop.

I did this on my lift and I am now at 52k miles and zero problems, running stock wheels and Cooper STMaxx 265/75/16. If you look a few post back, I ended up with 3.25” of lift in the front.

Thanks for the info. I'm probably not gonna go over 2.5".
If there's a way to drop the 3" lift kit down to closer to 2.25", I'll prob do that, if not, I'll wait for them to restock or another sale.
    Thank you

I ordered the 3” lift. Other than replacing the needle bearing is there anything at all I should or need to do to avoid any issues at all?
