Just realized the Wet Okole seat covers I have in my '06 (which I'm getting rid of) are not compatible with seat side airbags, so I won't be able to use them in my '15 :annoyed::annoyed:

I was just going to ask how much you wanted for them because they match my grey/tan aesthetic and I only need the front ones - but I have SRS side airbags and don't have a TRD truck. Guess I'm sticking with the dickies I have in there for now.

You should be able to make them work if you don't mind cutting them a little bit. If you just even perforate the material on the sides of the seats with the airbags they shouldn't have an issue. Or just cut the whole side open.

To be fair. The side deploy airbags deploy from the front-most seam on the edge of the seat. You could, technically, run a perforating tool just behind that seam-wrap edge. The problem is I think that whole panel is rip-stop nylon, isn't it? You would have to be really careful to balance perforating it enough for it to be rippable, but not too much that just sliding into the seat puts unnecessary stress on the seam and rips it.

Well this weekend got my recovery boards on the roof rack, stopped at Ironman4x4 grabbed their mounting kits and a couple stops at the hardware store and that's what we got.

Was going to install brakes on Saturday but the weather delayed their arrival.

I wouldn't damage a good set of covers. I would sell them and just buy a budget pair of Clazzio PVC for $230 already made for the airbags. My 2 sets of PVC are holding up fine nearing 2 years. Just as good as the expensive leathers I had on another TACO for 5 years.

What trails if you don't mind sharing? We are hitting the road in 32 days and our first stop is going to be warming up in AZ for a month or so.

I did a thing today. Merely for aesthetics as I don't off road just yet.

Also replaced the passenger side wheel bearing as I did the drivers side a couple of weeks ago.

Done by me: decals, plastidip, and vinyl. More to come. Not done by me: Icon front/rear suspension; Total Chaos UCA’s; Method wheels/34” Falken tires; Prinsu cab rack/LED light bar; V1Air compressor piped to a 2.5 gallon underbed tank; Pelfreybilt front/rear bumpers; Smittybilt front winch.
Took advantage of the Oklahoma storms and installed my DB Customz grill. Haven’t got the amber backlights wired yet but I really like the look of it. Sadly the bull bar kinda hides them but it is what it is. 6EE2AAF9-A1A8-4E76-9EBC-29DBF0C85C72.jpg5A8DBC47-D14B-4313-AA88-454AD7B80EDF.jpg

Access cabs are sweeeet. My grandpa always said, the best truck is an extended cab. more space than a single cab, but you get a longer bed without adding too much length like you would with a crew cab long bed
