    Just some stuff...
Once while I was out and about the shielding on the side of the gas tank was somehow bent over far enough to rub against the drive shaft. Easy enough fix with some duct tape.

Could be pinched brake hose, incorrectly assembled pads, missing/bent pad retainer pin, incorrectly installed anti-rattle clips, pad squealer clip bent too far and touching prematurely, incorrectly manufactured spindles putting the caliper off center relative to the rotor...

@Thatcarter85 just take it to the shop that installed the lift and ask them to rectify it. Go on a ridealong with the mechanic and point out the grinding sound when it happens.

    How much lift? Any rubbing?

Probably not since it's not plugged in.

The typical diagnostic experiment would be to enable 4WD and see if the sound/vibration goes away.

Jack both front wheels off the ground, with the truck in 2WD. You should be able to turn the wheels by hand and check for tire rubbing and/or grinding sounds in the front drivetrain and tire/wheel set up. You can run the engine and steer the wheels left and right and check again.

If you find nothing, turn the engine off, block the front wheels, and Jack the rear end up and repeat. (Keep in mind your parking brake and transmission brake don’t work when you jack the rear end up).

My guess: The shop did not properly loosen off your parking brake cable slack adjuster (inside your center console) to account for the lift and you are dragging a rear brake shoe. When you pull the E-brake handle there should be 7 clicks. If you have like 2 or three clicks you may be dragging a shoe in the rear. This is a common mistake made by shops and happened to me.
