What areas are you looking or does anywhere work? Honeywell in KC is pretty much always hiring skilled trades.

Most recent picture I have of the truck now is still a few years old.

Last couple of years have sucked ass

    moved from cali to Texas
Rented an apartment only for the landlord to go into bankruptcy

moved back in with my parent’s temporarily followed by my Silverado motor going boom and needing a very expensive rebuild

and now trying to stand back up my non profit in the middle of one of the worst economic markets our nation has seen

    but
Even with things moving at a snails pace
I’m still trying to make progress where I can
    So
Penny by penny I built a motor for the Tacoma over the last year and when it’s finally time to work on the chasis again it will have a suitable power plant for all future plans and shenanigans

can’t say I’m not struggling like a mofo right now and having a hard time seeing the light at the end of the tunnel based on outside influences on the project including endless setbacks

    but
Just trying to show a few pictures to show I’m still in the fight.

working with veterans to combat their mental health problems has been a huge part of my life for a long time and I am constantly working to refine my skills and plans to further assist the veteran community and once I’m back on my feet fully I promise heads will roll.

For my fellow vets on here
I hope this gives you a little comfort that we are all in some fight of our own and that together we can achieve almost anything

    Semper Fidelis

Hopefully 2023 holds better things for all of us

So looking at your current build I feel like your tire size is mismatched. Going for the ol’ Carolina squat?

In the picture though, it looks fairly level.

@Caboose117 hope this year works out for you and you can get this thing on the trails!

I’m just giving him a hard time. The truck has what looks like 40’s in the front and stock in the rear.

    Yes
    40’s in the front
And Chevy stock freebies in the back

the front wheels are bigger studs and hubs and the rear is the factory axel sitting on what’s left of my deaver spring under kit.

the full floater is sitting in the parts pile but is configured for 4link so until fab catches up it can’t ride on the new axel/wheels

Going to be sweet when done. Curious what you end up doing with the wheel wells since they are cut pretty much like mine. Same with tubbing. I want to see how much you need to cut.

When I redo mine I think I’m going to take the entire dash out to cut. I’m about at the limit to where I was almost hitting the heater and other mounts. I also couldn’t reliably protect from lighting the insulation on fire. Your tires are even bigger than mine.

Unless you are going to straight axle it or something and move the front end.

Looks like you are keeping the front set up as is. So yeah, interested to see how that goes.

Yeah the front is as good as it gets unless I can convince Morgan to swap the upper arm for a custom spec J arm

then I could sell off my front shocks and upgrade to the same thing as @FlapJack935 is using
