    Enough for now
fender liners are cheap on Amazon or a Toyota parts website.

the bed damage maybe can be fixed with epoxy and other materials. Cut the fender damage out with a fender trim and that’s fixed too.

keep in mind I run no fender liners and have trimmed all four fenders and trim sides back.

    Turn the claim into insurance
Accept the damage claim and have the insurance cut you the check directly
    (Yes, you can do this)
    Ditch your damaged bed
    Put the 6k towards this

Take the $6k payment from insurance, fix the overt cosmetic issue for as cheap as is reasonable, install high clearance rear bumper, get a fiberglass repair company to patch hole in bed. Pocket the rest. At least that’s the theory.

wait, do we know OP's year and mileage?
Some would really just use duct-tape, kite string, and bubblegum on a 2023 with 872 miles on it?

Was using chains really necessary tho?

4x4 and good quality snow tires aired down a little can take u thru most stuff from my experience in huge snowfalls.

Sucks it happened tho. My condolences

The latest all terrains with snowflake rating are usually quite good too. General Grabber ATX are surprisingly good in snow, and studdable.

AT tires are okay but not in very severe cold. They harden up like rocks.

I run my Toyo Open Country AT IIIs well into the winter but take em off when it gets super cold cause they start sucking on frozen pavement.

Aw man, I really like those types of utility shells, I think I would paint mine white or tan for the desert here though. And if I lived in the northern states were fir trees grow with moss, black or forest green would be a pretty nice color.
