Which spark plugs do I need? Platinum?

    Which spark plugs does everyone run in their 2.7 engines? I prefer the denso plug.
    Which denso plug should I go with...... the standard plug (K16R-U) or the platinum plug (
    $4 PK16TT Denso 4503 Spark Plug
    PK16TT)?
    Advance Auto has the platinum plugs on sale for the same price as the standard plug.
    Any suggestions?

    I dont know if its true or not, but I've always heard Imports should use NGK. I have them in my 3.4, and Kawasaki bike..I plan to replace the NGK's in my truck, with the NGK Iridiums the next nice day I get.

    getting there....
    anytime i pull plugs...or have pulled plugs, the denso have looked alot better than the ngk plugs.

    Anyone ever used the NGK spark plug wires? Their wires seem to be reasonably priced.

    Whats the best brand wire to use?

    The easy answer is the wire with the least resistance. The hard answer involves ohming out different brands to find that out. If anyone knows a thread here where that was done, please let me know...I can't seem to find it.
