Meh :notsure: I'm not sure I agree with that assessment and I can only speak for myself. My first thought was: "Who the fuck (over 25 years old) pays attention to others checking them out on the road?" but then I remembered that I tend to turn and look at other rigs when I see something noteworthy or a clean setup. Maybe it is because my 72 SS Nova gets so many looks and waves that I don't pay attention to that sort of thing. No hate here my dudes  my only thought was "Who TF cares?" <- perhaps that is where other's are coming from? I can only speak for myself. Drive fast. Take chances. :burnrubber:One love.

No looks here in Lower Slower Delaware (LSD) lololololol!

    However...I do have a "Skewp!"

I’ve never seen a single person turn to look at my truck. Even when I pull up to a twin.

I live with a Jeep person, she gets the "jeep wave" every time I'm in the car with her. She even got "ducked" In a target parking lot and I died laughing. Her jeep is a 2021 stock sahara unlimited hybrid.

If I get a nod, it's from another somewhat modded tacoma driver. The thing that stands out on mine are the amber DRLS with a modest lift and larger tires. Im pretty content with my tastefully modded pavement princess SR5

I think before we get too far off the subject, I will say I will look at ANY off-road vehicle that is well modified, i.e. all the stuff works, it’s a clean and high-quality job, and it looks like a lot of effort and time was put into making sure it all goes together.

Anybody can lift a truck and put some big wheels and tires on it and just completely ruin it, but I tend to pay attention to the really nice Toyotas, Jeeps, and even the occasional G wagen with portal axles.

That’s not to say I won’t look at something that is just a total soup sandwich to clown on it, but that’s another thread.

Never had any comments or looks that I've noticed about my Taco.
I do get lots of looks, high fives and comments whenever I take my red Vette out.
One guy was looking at it in a parking lot and wanted to buy it.

I'm constantly getting hit on by Dirty Mike and Boys. They find me at every trail, every event and every gas station. If you love talking to random dudes make sure to mod your truck. It's my cross to bear.

I can’t believe this thread is still going lol
And it’s turning to show and tell
I have had people ask and stop while camping or on a trail, but everyday drive not much , I’m the one looking at the other cool rigs driving around
But yeah mostly if I’m at trail or camp

The alarm service tech checked me out today. Because that's what my truck does, it pulls all the lonely hearts at last call. The desperate ladies that just need their bar tab paid and their bed warmed for the night. An L.A. 2, a Chicago 5.

But that's ok. It lives it's best life, and doesn't need you to validate it or make judgemental remarks on it's lifestyle, Susan.

I'm not sure why, but every time I need to take a dump my dog comes in and watches me with that dumb dog smile. Is it really that fun to watch your pack leader take a shit?

    Silly thing
