Got my exhaust separated finally! Bolts were rusted to the flange and right friggin stripped so I took a grinder wheel to the welded nuts and punched out the bolts. However, I got the wrong gasket so I’ll have to order the right one. Important thing is it’ll only be a 5 minute swap now. And the old gasket came apart in my hand in pieces, just flaking away.

also, as a great “fuck you,” my climate control fan decided to burn out the resistor or whatever and now only works on high. Same thing happened in my old jeep. I swear every fkn day it’s something…

I just installed one under my passenger front seat a few days ago and I'm paranoid of this happening.

Finally got the project somewhat finished.
I had to rebuild my Bussman fuse and relay block because the terminals were loosened.
I also modified one of ch4x4 double switches from On/Off to momentary so I can change the flash pattern. The company said it couldn’t be done so I went ahead and did it.

Put in switchback turn signals, to run as DRL and turn, and an LED flasher. Also picked up a set of 2011 bucket seats to swap into my 05 base standard cab.

I use my truck for work fairly often and I have to stop on busy backroads, so I wanted a warning light that was inconspicuous.
