    they probably aren't torquing the pan properly. or they dropped the pan and screwed up the mounting surface.

    i would ask for a full refund and take it to another shop if they messed it up three times in a row. they have struck out.

    Yeah we'll see. They've always been good to me with my vehicles in the past so I don't necessarily want to raise a stink

    You can see the fluid weep on the pan bolts. Its either a bad gasket, undertorqued bolts or a mis-shapened pan or flange.

    255/85/R16 Falken Wildpeak MTs, Mobtown sliders, ARB bar, SOS front skid, Icon RXT leafs, extended & adjustable Kings, JBA UCAs, OVS wedge RTT, dual AGM batteries, Gen2 xrc9.5 winch, CB, GMRS, S1 ditch lights...
    I know 2nd gens units are very low torque, maybe 78 INCH-lbs (don't quote me on that exact number Im working off memory here). But very low in inch pounds, not foot pounds.

    Also, I noticed that the OEM gasket was much nicer looking / softer / thicker than the aftermarket one that came with my pan filter kit. I would ask what brand gasket they are using and request OEM if they are using aftermarket

    I just texted him to ask about what sort of gasket they're using.
    According to this site (not sure if reputable or not) says only 6ft/lbs

    I see 65 in*lbs. from this, sure someone else can confirm or deny if thats accurate
